We could fly to the Caribbean on a Thomson Airways Dreamliner (the new Boeing 787) in Premium (Club) Class

then pick up the Thomson Dream cruise ship at Barbados

The Thomson Dream

We do two different seven day cruises back to back (Thomson Tropical Treasures cruise and Thomson Latin Gems cruise)
so that we maximise our coverage of the Caribbean Islands returning back to Barbados at the end of the first cruise
and then setting off from Barbados on the second - much like we did before from The Dominican Republic.
We return to Barbados at the end of the cruise and fly home from there.

All tips and food are included as well as the entertainment. Premium Class on the plane gives us wider seats with more leg room,
4 course meal, bigger entertainment screens, priority boarding, extra luggage allowance
and all drinks and snacks are included in the price of the upgrade.

Although there is a 'pre-paid drinks package' when on board ship, EACH individual in the group will have to pay a premium
for any of us to to qualify. Only some drinks are covered by this package and many drinks in the package will still have
a part-charge for them. As some of us won't drink that much then this package would not cost effective.

This proposed trip is based on the March 2014 Cruise
as 2015 cruise details are not yet available
So details could possibly change for 2015!

This prospective cruise will probably sail on Sunday March 22nd 2015.

It may be the only 14 day cruise of its kind for 2015 during warm spring months
as March 22 is the last of the 'Tropical Treasures' 7 day cruises of the north Caribbean
and March 29 is the first of the 'Latin Gems' 7 day cruises in the southern Caribbean

So this is the point where the ship changes from north to south Caribbean cruises
before crossing the Atlantic and heading for the Mediterranean for the summer and thus
avoiding the Caribbean hurricane season
