I started playing drums at the age of 11, and by 13 was performing with my father’s band in venues around London.
In 1984, at the age of 16, I got my first professional gig and have worked ever since, playing various musical styles in a wide variety of bands, ranging from a
Rock Band in the former Yugoslavia, to a Salsa Band, cruising around the Caribbean.
Along the way, I studied with Bob Armstrong, in my opinion the top Drum Tutor in the country, which enabled me to further my technique and to expand my playing knowledge.
I have been lucky to perform and tour with many great musicians which collectively span 3 decades of pop
music.
