Our onboard teams will be able to support you once you’re on holiday. However, to sail on any of our cruises departing on or before 31 July 2022 – even if you don’t intend on leaving the ship – you MUST....

Be fully vaccinated + 14 days and bring proof of this.
If it’s been 270 days since your last dose of your complete vaccine course – or     if you will reach 270 days since your vaccine during your cruise – you must have had your booster.

Bring your passport with at least six months validity

Bring proof of comprehensive cruise travel insurance

Go to Cruise Control 3 days before you travel, and complete all required steps.
We are aware of some technical issues with Cruise Control currently, so if you’re unable to access it, we will be able to assist you at the port instead. However, this may cause a delay to your embarkation.

Agree to be tested for COVID-19, and follow the onboard protocols, as required for boarding our ships and entering destinations.

In good time before your holiday, check the entry requirements for the country your cruise sets sail in and get tested and fill out a pre-departure form if this is required. If you’re required to fill in an EU PLF, you can do this at home before you travel, and you must fill it in before you arrive at the ship. Save your QR code or bring a printed copy with you. You must fill in the EU PLF even if you’re not planning to go ashore – check our entry requirements table to see if you need to complete this form.

Take 1 pre-boarding antigen (rapid flow) test, can be purchased through Chronomics or Randox and must be taken before travelling to the airport, any time on the day before you’re due to fly.

To satisfy the entry requirements of the countries visited on these itineraries, fully vaccinated is defined as 14 days after the administration of the last dose of your complete vaccine or 28 days after a second dose of Johnson & Johnson and up to 270 days from the administration of this last dose (the 270 day requirement applies to your whole holiday to ensure re-entry into destination on your return). If 270 days have passed since the last dose of your vaccine, you must also have had a booster, and this must be reflected on your vaccine certificate.

TESTING REQUIREMENT As a Marella Cruises safety measure, all customers aged 2 and over must complete an antigen (rapid flow) test to be taken the day before you are due to fly to Corfu. The test must be taken before checking-in at your UK airport and you must produce a negative certificate at check-in.

Italy requires you to wear an FFP2 mask on the ship when in Italian waters and at times when ashore. Please ensure you bring FFP2 masks with you.

VACCINE REQUIREMENT
Everyone aged 12 and over must be fully vaccinated to travel on this cruise. This means all the required doses at least 14 days before departure. If 270 days have passed since the last dose of your vaccine, you must also have had a booster, and this must be reflected on your vaccine certificate.

PRE-CRUISE ANTIGEN TEST
You don’t need to complete your precruise antigen test until the day before you board the ship. Please take this with you.

You must prove your vaccine status by using the NHS App or by calling 119 fora paper copy.

SHOW YOUR NEGATIVE TEST RESULT
You must show your negative antigen (rapid flow) test certificate at your UK airport.

AT CORFU CRUISE TERMINAL You will be asked to undergo a random antigen (rapid flow) test on arrival at the port. This will be provided free of charge.

As well as the above as a Marella Cruises safety measure, all customers aged 2 and over must complete a pre-purchased antigen (rapid flow) test to be taken the day before you are due to board your cruise. The test must be taken before you arrive at the port, and you must produce a negative certificate at Corfu Cruise terminal for inspection.

Customers must prepurchase the necessary tests for to satisfy Marella Cruises embarkation requirements.

PORTS OF CALL ENTRY INFORMATION
Ports of call entry information can change frequently, so we will provide you with any additional test or form requirements once you board the ship. Should any extra tests be needed, we will provide these free of charge onboard.

Our onboard team will also help with any extra forms you need to complete. Please be aware that in some ports you may be required to complete tests or forms even if you do not plan on getting off in that port.

Please be aware that in some ports you may be required to complete tests (this may include children) or forms even if you do not plan on getting off in that port.

If you are on a 14 night cruise there may be local regulations in place which mean you may be required to undergo an antigen (rapid flow test) half way through your cruise. If this is a requirement for your cruise you will be notified onboard.

Italy requires you to wear an FFP2 mask on the ship when in Italian waters and at times when ashore. Please ensure you bring FFP2 masks with you.
